On behalf of an international authority, we are looking for an Assistant (f-m-d) coordination for Presidium, Board, Council and Committees. Work proactively and cooperatively as an Assistant (f/m/d) with your colleagues, members and others to organise meetings and attend to all administrative arrangements, including:

Preparation and support of virtual and physical internal and external conferences and meetings of our different bodies

Coordination of meetings, appointments, projects and ensuring a smooth flow of day-to-day businessHandling correspondence in English, German and French (nice to have)

Preparation and creation of minutes and presentations in English

Close cooperation with our volunteer leaders, committee chairmen and council members
Your skills
- Commercial training as an Assitant (f/m/d) or training as a foreign language correspondent
- You have relevant professional experience as an Assistant (f/m/d) in a comparable position

Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and verbal), French is an asset

Organisational skills and know how to proactively assist the members in solving problems

Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Ability to get along with a wide variety of personalities
