For our international client we are looking for an Executive Assistant (f/m/d). Responsibilities as an Executive Assistant may include making travel and meeting arrangements, screening calls, composing letters and reports, preparing presentations and financial data.
- Coordination of all their internal and external meetings including team quarterly check-ins, team meetings, area-level account strategy reviews, and virtual/live social events
- Organising, prioritising, and coordinating multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines
- Inbox Management & Prioritisation if appropriate
- Onboarding of all team new hires
- Extensive travel arrangements for Execs using and liaising with our Amex travel business partner
- Relevant professional experience as an Executive Assistant (f/m/d)
- Advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
- English and German fluency (spoken and written)
